It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Courter Mozingo Jr. of Hartsville, South Carolina, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Courter, Sr. and Eliza Jane Wilson Mozingo. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Kelley Mozingo; and his daughter Anna Jane Mozingo of Hartsville.
