He was predeceased by: his parents, Jap Price Hatley and Margaret Ussery Hatley. He is survived by: the mother of his children Wanda Hatley; his sons, Raymond Phillip Hatley (Jacqueline) and Jonathan Rance Hatley (Melissa Kay); his grandchildren, Ian Hatley, Rebecca Leviner (Tony) and Britney Howle; and his siblings, Larry Hatley (Eunice), Tommy Hatley (Connie), Nancy Dalton and Laura Britt (Jeff). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
