She was predeceased by: her husband David Lee Bass; and her son-in-law Will Kimbrell. She is survived by: her children, Steve Grant, Tony B. Grant (Denice), Matthew Johnson, Paul "Tinker" Johnson (Maxine), Gail Kimbrell and Lynn Caddell; her sister Joyce Howle (Paul); and her sister-in-law Delores Tolson. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
