He is survived by: his parents, Kaye Flowers Johnson and Woody Johnson; his wife Allison Baynor of Winterville, NC; his child Hartsville; his stepmother Tanya Johnson of Rutherfordton, NC; his daughter Scarlett Johnson; his stepdaughter Abigail Turkovich; and his nephew Tex Johnson.
