He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Winters and Jimmy Catoe Howle. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Howle and Charles "Charlie" Howle; and his siblings, Paulette Comer, Billy Howle, Thomas Howle and Sylvia Blalock.
A memorial service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Norton Funeral Home and Crematory - Hartsville (1414 W Carolina Ave, Hartsville, SC 29550). Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
