She is survived by: her father Roy Fate Winburn, Jr.; her brother Roy Winburn (Lauri) of Hartsville; her nieces, Kristen Winburn of Las Vegas, NEV and Courtney Winburn of Hartsville; her uncle Danny Winburn (Marilyn) of Hartsville; and her caregiver Jeanette Green of Hartsville.
