She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cordy and Katherine Howle Johnson; her husband Fred "Ben" Watson, Sr.; and her son Fred E. Watson, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Smith (Jack) of Hartsville and Rick Watson (Debbie) of Asheboro, NC; her grandchildren, Paige Brockett (Kurt), Brian Smith (Lisa), Jed Watson and Josh Watson (Lynsey); and her great grandchildren, Noah Brockett, Caroline Brockett, Zion Hammock, Alice Watson, Ella Smith, Josiah Smith, Sarah Smith and Everly Smith.
