She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Watford and Leila Hudson Watford; her former husband W. T. Dampier; her husband James V. Huggins; and her sisters, Mary Watford Harrell and Anzy Lee Watford Weaver.
She is survived by: her son Thomas Lawton "Tommy" Dampier of Charleston, SC; and her stepchildren, James V. Huggins, Jr. of Bennettsville, SC, Randall Huggins of Lamar, SC and Brenda Huggins of Monclova, MX. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
