It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Lee Bowers (Hartsville, South Carolina), who passed away on March 18, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Mason Bowers and Margaret Treadaway Bowers; his wife Priscilla Shorter Bowers; and his brother Jerry Tyler Bowers of Lamar, SC.. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathryn Bowers Wells (Chris) of Flower Mound and Celeste Bowers Harris (Joel) of Hartsville; his grandchildren, Kathryn Caroline Wells Dupre (Aaron), Emily Anne Harris and William Addison Harris; and his sister Diane Bowers O'Steen of Atlanta, Georgia..
