He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gilbert; his daughters, Rhonda Gilbert of Hartsville and Kimberly Gilbert of Hartsville; his grandchildren, Paul Lucas Heiser, Mya Allen and Carter McRae; and his siblings, Barbara Ann, Jack (Charlotte), Alice (Coyt), Marvin (Sandy), David, Stanley and Loretta (Marty).
