She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Earl Lewis and Shirley Evans Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Brenna Limbrick (Ray) of Columbus, OH, Caitlin McElveen of Hartsville and Scott King of Columbus, OH.; her siblings, Scott Lewis (Gail) of Middletown and Stacie Rockaway (Tom) of Shelbyville, KY.; and her grandchildren, Alexia Lane, Lucas Limbrick, Trevin Thomas, Allison Crowley and Dominic Limbrick.
