He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Jackson and Clara Burkett Jackson; and his siblings, W. B. Jackson, Andrew Jackson and Elizabeth Jackson.

He is survived by: his wife Georgia Mae Marshall Jackson of Hartsville, SC. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
