He is survived by: his wife Sheila Stokes Rotan; his children, Jenni Carlisle (Duane) of Granbury, TX, Amy Ward (Austin) of Fort Worth, TX and Robbie Rotan (Monica) of Fort Worth, TX; his brothers, Rev. Earl Lee Rotan, Jr. (Debra), Russell Rotan (Brenda) and Stephen Rotan (Sandy); and his brother-in-law Dale Poston. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
