We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2022, at the age of 64, Rachell Winburn Broom (Hartsville, South Carolina), born in Darlington, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rayford Winburn and Jo Ann Wallace Winburn; and her brother Rayford Eric Winburn. She is survived by: her husband Richard Dean Bud Broom; her children, Jason Blackwell (Betsy) and Miranda Little (Tony); her grandchildren, Alexis Mae Lapp, Charles Avery McBrayer, Jacob Dalton Little, Lily Rhea McBrayer, Colten Allen Blackwell, Sophie Lauren Little, Sydney Leigh Little and Lucy Blackwell of Virginia; and her siblings, Chris Winburn (Ginger), Travis Winburn and Jean Hutson (Scott).
