She is survived by: her husband George Blackwell; her children, Nira Gainey (James "Huey"), Lee Barfield (Melisa) and Vicky Moore (Tim); her grandchildren, Brooke Walters, Bailee Gainey, Dylan Barfield (Haylee), Britni Urizar (Josh), Taylor Moore, Carlee Moore, Riley Bryant, Haley Bryant and Rainey White; her great grandchildren, Carter Walters, Avery Walters, Hayden Carter and Larken Barfield; her sister Mickey Spivey (Wes); and her sister-in-law Melissa Barfield.
