She is survived by: her husband Leroy "Roy" Hopkins; her sons, Leroy "Lee" Hopkins Jr. (April) and Dusty Hopkins (Lindsay); her brother Jonathan "Woody" Hayes; and her grandchildren, Dustin Munn, Hannah Thornton, Hayes Hopkins, Avery Hopkins, Kyleigh Hopkins, Carson Hopkins, Kinzley Hopkins and Colbyn Hopkins.
