She was predeceased by: her parents, James Charles Wase and Margaret Jones Wase; her son Anthony "Tony" Haynes; and her siblings, Charles Wase and Dorothy "Dot" Rakestraw.
She is survived by: her husband David Lee Haynes of Hartsville, SC; her sons, Randy Haynes of Hartsville, SC and Allen Haynes of Hartsville, SC; and her siblings, Ralph Wase of Hartsville, SC, Diane Wase Watson of Murrells Inlet, SC and Louise Wase O'Neal of Hartsville, SC.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
