She was predeceased by: her husband James O Bullard; her parents, Fred Wright and Ethel Wright; and her siblings, Catherine Wright and James Ford.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Eittreim (Joel), Kay Smith, James A Bullard (Dianne), Randall Bullard (Debbie), Kenneth Bullard (Sharon) and Catherine Herold (Steven); her grandchildren, David Mathews, Angela Edwards, Christopher Bullard, Laura Bullard, Moira Bullard, Erin Bullard, Veronica Bullard, Savanna Green, Michael Herold and Carolyn Herold; her great grandchildren, Patrick Bailey, Michael Bailey, Griffin Tyner, Nathaneal Jones, Skylar Bullard and Forrest Green; and her friend Bridge. She is also survived by five great-great grandchildren.
