He is survived by: his children, Evelyn Ratliff, William Copeland and Clifford Arthur; and his close friends, Juanita Poston, Joyce Simpkins Copeland, Mildred Arthur, Rosa Lee Beasley, Barbara Bonner, Diana Frazier, Frank Benjamin and Richard Brockington. He is also survived by two grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a multitude of special friends.
