She was predeceased by: her father John Laurice "Bill" Moore; her siblings, John Moore and Billie Humphries; her nephew Kirven Humphries; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Irby Lee.

She is survived by: her husband Bob Lee of Hartsville, SC; her children, Virginia Lee of Atlanta, GA, Elizabeth "Betsy" Howle (Joel) of Hartsville, SC and Robert "Chip" Lee of Hartsville, SC; her grandchildren, Bethany James (Charlie) of Virginia, Robert Wroten "Robby" Lee, Bryan Irby Lee, Natalee Jacquelyn "Lee" Howle Lane (Matt) and Carolyn Elizabeth "Cari" Outlaw (Michael); her great grandchildren, Irby Ann James and Tony Charles James; and her grandchildren, Addison Elizabeth Lane and Connor Patrick Lane.

Memorials may be made in her honor to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

“Dear Lee Family, I loved Minnie as a co-worker and friend. She could be heard singing Jesus Loves Me at work especially when things were not going as planned. She lived her faith for others to see. She loved her family and she loved her Lord. She will be greastly missed. prayers and love Cindy Watson Smith.”
