He was predeceased by: his father James Joseph Clouse; and his nephew Benjamin James Clouse. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Horton Clouse of McBee, SC; his son Adam Joseph Clouse of McBee, SC; his mother Carol Ann Wojtas Clouse of McBee, SC; and his brother Brian Clouse (Kathleen) of Monroe, NC. He is also survived by four nephews, one niece, one great-nephew, and two great-nieces.
