She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Lee and Ruby Brown Howle; and her husband Marvin Norwood. She is survived by: her daughters, Yvonne Howle (Toye), Robin Marshall (James) and Glenda Young (Keith); her grandchildren, Sara Woods (Cody), Malorie Howle, Candace Dewitt (Jamie), Nicole Norwood and Alex Watkins; her great grandchildren, Camille Dewitt, William and Addie Mae Woods; her brothers, Larue Howle and Bobby Howle (Barbara); and her close friends, Wanda Hall and Janice Bryant. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
