He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie L. "Pat" Kissiah and Martha Elizabeth Smith Kissiah. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Kissiah, Pine Ridge and Joy Oliver (Joel); his niece Michelle Shoemake; his nephew Jason Oliver; his close friend Brent Shoemake; his great-nephews, Baylor Oliver and Dustin Oliver; and his caregivers, Jimmy and Tami Smith. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family has asked in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made to Norton Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
