He was predeceased by: his father Major Duvall Bullard; and his sister Lorretta Bullard. He is survived by: his mother Eloise Bullard; his wife Rita Bullard (Middendorf); his children, Karen Bullard, Dr. John Leland "Lee" Bullard Jr. (Anne Flannery), Jessica Parler (BJ Ruddy), April White and Randall Turnage (Hartsville); his grandchildren, Aiden, Michael, Aubreigh, Leighlynn, Caroline, Oliver, Nathan, Jase, Davis, Gavin and Emily; and his siblings, Nancy Shearer (Ron), Terretta Vernarsky (Teejay) of Hartsville and Mark Bullard (Debbie).
Memorials may be sent in lieu of flowers to the to Middendorf Baptist Church Building Fund that will be designated to covering the handicap ramp.
