It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Horace Welch of Hartsville, South Carolina, who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Welch and Dora Gibson Welch. He is survived by: his children, Karen Welch Malphrus (Bubba), Eileen Welch Jones (Ken) and John Welch (Marie); and his niece Cindy Wyatt. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
