He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Willie Jackson and Christine Morgan Jackson; and his sisters, Zenobia Jackson, Linda Jackson, Ruth Kelley (Bobby), Elizabeth Gardner (Sid), Floogie Kelley (Jim McGrew), Creighton and Christine Gilbert.

He is survived by: his wife Naomi Jackson; and his siblings, A. W. Jackson (Billy) and Lucille Jackson Crews.
