He was predeceased by: his parents, W. E. Talbert and Jennie Freeman Talbert. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Sexton Talbert; his siblings, Scotty Talbert (Ann) and Crystal Minnehan (Danny); his sister-in-law Cindy Pridgen (Bobby) of Greensboro, NC; his nieces and nephews, Eric Talbert, Cameron and Danielle Minnehan; and his close friend Randy Boykin.
