Elsie Marguerite Allen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Evans Byrd, Jr.; her parents, Frederick Allen and Marguerite Fletcher Allen; her daughter Winnie Byrd King; and her brothers, Fred Allen, David Allen and William Fletcher Allen.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Gabrielle Braddock McJunkin (Zach), Lee Evans Braddock (Ariel), Brandon Myles Braddock (Jovanna), Logan Neila Braddock (Laura King) and Landon Bennett King (Olivia); her great grandchildren, Noah, Emery, Zoe, August, Stetson Sinclair, Audrey, Colin, Sophia and Logan "LJ" Braddock Jr.; and her sisters, Jane A. Graham and Lutie A. Gibbes.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bethlehem Methodist Church (2236 Bethlehem Rd, Hartsville, SC 29550).
