She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Wade Berkebile; her siblings, John Morris Henderson and Mildred Henderson Cunningham; her siblings-in-law, Anna Mae Berkebile, Arthur Cunningham III, Evan Berkebile and Bob Berkebile; and her son-in-law Wayne Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Wade Henderson Berkebile of Irmo, SC and Gayle Collins of New Bern, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
