She is survived by: her husband Thomas Edward Cassady, Jr.; her sons, Gene Barefoot and Stacy Barefoot (Amy); her stepson Thomas E. Cassady, III; her sisters, Nell Gainey, JoAnn Watford and Linda Gainey; her grandchildren, Joey Barefoot, Cortney Barefoot and Brandon Barefoot; and her great grandchildren, Oliver Drew and Joslynn Barefoot.
