He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward O'Neal Sr. and Dorothy Louise Galloway O'Neal; and his sister Cindy Louise O'Neal Dixon. He is survived by: his brother John Edward "Jim" O'Neal, Jr. of Hartville, SC; his nieces, Crystal Louise Adams of Hartsville, SC and Tracy Marie Dixon of Hartsville, SC; and his nephew Earl Dixon, Jr. of Hartsville, SC.
