She is survived by: her husband William Rogers Harrell; her children, Russell Rogers Harrel (Nikki) of Hartsville, SC and Lora Harrell Knotts of Hartsville, SC; and her grandchildren, Cayley Grace Harrell, Lorelai Virginia Knotts and Emmett Blake Knotts.
