He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolphus Richardson and Rosa Cooper Zimmerman Richardson. He is survived by: his sister Eloise Richardson Paschal; his caregiver Emma McGraw Myers (Ralph Bailey); his godson Mark Kwacepui; and his friend Billie Matthews. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He also founded People to People and co-founded Butler Heritage Foundation and often spearheaded community events.
