She is survived by: her husband McIver Wilds Atkinson; her daughter Elizabeth; her son-in-law Steven Shults; her son Jonathan; her daughter-in-law Heather Atkinson; her grandsons, Brennan and Brooks Atkinson; her siblings, Bonnie Bell and Sidney; and her sister-in-law Rose Howell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
