He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Darrell Talbert and Shirley Perdue Windham; his brother Dickie Lee Talbert; and his stepfather Punk Windham. He is survived by: his siblings, June Talbert of Hartsville and Eddie Talbert of Myrtle Beach; and his nephews, Justin Talbert (Jabea) and Josh Talbert (Kendall).
