It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles William Hutto of Hartsville, South Carolina, born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on July 29, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sallie Mae and A. R. Hutto; and his brother Robert Edward Hutto. He is survived by: his wife Gail Moore Hutto; his daughters, Karen Hutto Devine (Mac) of Clemson and Krystal Hutto Thomas (Keith) of Anderson; his grandchildren, Wes Devine, Josh Thomas, Scott Devine and Hampton Thomas; and his sister Margaret Noles of Lexington.
