He is survived by: his wife Saundra L. Hines; his son Randy Johnson of Hartsville; his siblings, Silas Hines, Jr. (Annie Brace) of Hartsville, SC, Edward Hines of Myrtle Beach, SC, Earnest Hines of Hartsville, SC, Eula Mae Camel of New Jersey, Sara Kennely of Saint George, SC and Shirley Thompson of Florence, SC; and his brother-in-law Harold Coe (Zelta) of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
