It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Winburn (Hartsville, South Carolina), who passed away on December 3, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Norwood Winburn; his parents, Allen Winburn and Minnie Johnson Winburn; and his siblings, Charles Winburn, Kenneth Winburn, Nessie Barrett, Bessie Braddock, Beulah Stogner, Rosine Lyles and Betty Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Winburn (Amanda) of Anderson, SC and Melanie Gibson (Dan) of Holly Springs, NC; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Emma and Caleb.
