She is survived by: her husband Allen Watford; her sons, Michael Howard and Chris Caples; and her siblings, Victoria Boltin, Margaret Dancy, Linda Zieman (Geoff) of Cary, N. C., Olin J. Howard, Jr. (Debbie) and Sumter. She is also survived by two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
