He is survived by: his wife Kodi Williams; his children, Tobias Baxter (Elizabeth), Brandon Williams, Brittany Williams and Brian Williams; his siblings, Jimmy Williams (Laura), Joseph Williams (Darlene), Carolyn Elmore and Barbara Street; his aunt Rita Bell Freeman of Holly Hill, SC; his mother-in-law Ruth Simmons of Harleyville, SC; his niece Veronique Simpson (Nathaniel); his nephews, Darrin Williams (Tonya) and Ricardo Smith; and his cousin Lydell Mack. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
