She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene E. Chapman and Marlene Elizabeth Fraser Chapman; her son Robert Minter, Jr.; her brother Steve Chapman; and her stepson Jason.

She is survived by: her husband Timmy B. Brownlee.

She was an advocate for American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
