With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Robert Eugene Shingler Sr. of Harleyville, South Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Noralee Williams Shingler and Clarence M. Shingler; his daughter Robyn Velasco; and his brothers, David Shingler and Larry Shingler.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Shingler; his children, Bobby Shingler II (Bronwyn), Paul Kaplan and Bernadette Hodges (Terry); his sister Connie Sloan (Allen); and his grandchildren, Brandon, Ayla, Morgan, Ethan, David, Elaina, Robert III and Christian. He is also survived by one great grandson; aunts and uncles and the rest of his extended family.
