He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul William Cummins Sr. and Gladys Hamrick Cummins. He is survived by: his daughters, Terry Cummins of Deltona and Wendy Mims (Clay) of Harleyville; his grandchildren, Connie Mims of Charleston and Bill Mims of Columbia; his great grandchild Winnie Mims of Columbia; and his sister Beverly Taylor (A. Q.) of Jacksonville.

Memorial Donations in memory of Bill may be made to Harleyville First Baptist Church.
