He is survived by: his girlfriend Karen Chandler; his children, Hunter Hackworth and Ashlyn Gerolaga; his son-in-law Josiah Gerolaga (Karen Chandler); and his siblings, Evelyn Infinger, Regina Mayer, Tammy Crymes, Steve Hackworth and Todd Hackworth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
