It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James H Mizell Jr. of Harleyville, South Carolina, who passed away on April 25, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jennifer Walters Mizell; his parents, Henry Mizell and Annie Bishop Mizell; his children, Tammy Williams, Charity Smith, Katrina Feagin (Travis) and Michael Jackson (April); his grandchildren, Robbie Smith, Matthew Smith (Tiffani), Anna Campbell (Cody), Dalen Smith (Morgan), Clayton Jackson (Savannah), Morgan Martin, Ryann Martin, Payton Feagin, Landen Williams, Blaine Murphy, Kinzey Williams, Camron, Jonathan Smith, Lincoln Smith, McCoy Jackson and Porter Trout; and his sisters, Gloria Walters (Terry), Kathy Woods (John) and Rosie McManus.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home (607 N Parler Ave, St George, SC 29477). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Limestone Baptist Church (1890 E Main St, Dorchester, SC 29437).
