He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Furtado Medeiros and Portugal. He is survived by: his wife Connie Medeiros; his children, William "Bill" Hughes (Kelly) of State College, PA and Amy Gaal (Theodore) of Grabill, IN; his brothers, Raymond A. Medeiros (Joan) of Florida, Dennis A. Medeiros of Arizona, Robert D. Medeiros of Arizona and Steven Medeiros of Arizona; his grandchildren, Alyson K. Guitard (Luke), Aussie Logan Gaal, Shelbea Logan Armstrong, Sydney Lynn Gaal and Madison Marlene Wolf (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Jack Scott, Reagan Joy, Alex, Amelia and Andrew.
Due to the pandemic, a celebration of Jim's life will be held at a later date.
