Clark Dale Floyd Obituary
Clark Dale Floyd, 80, widower of Sandra Johnson Floyd, entered into eternal rest at his home on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Indian Field United Methodist Church with Reverend Robert Reeves officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be an hour before the service in the church.
Clark was born on September 26, 1942, the son of the late Allard Dewitt and Emmie Lou Floyd. He retired as a maintenance supervisor throughout his life at Georgia Pacific, Giant Cement and Pennington Cross Arms. He could fix absolutely anything placed before him including cars. He was a huge Nascar fan, lover of crab legs and most importantly his family and friends. He was a member of Indian Field UMC.
He was predeceased by three siblings, Mary Wefers, Patricia Winter and Kedron Floyd, Sr.
Surviving are his wife, Ellen Breland-Floyd, Rosinville, his daughters, Pamela Floyd, St. George, Allyson Floyd (Jen) Procter, Daniel Island and his only grandson, and apple of his eye, Evan Clark Floyd, St. George, brother Randolph Earl Floyd, Rosinville and sister Belinda Barthel, Summerville.
