He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Parsons, Sr. and Ruth Holstein Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Joyce DiBenedetto; his daughter Karen Mobley (Rodney); his grandchildren, Dakota Mobley and Karsen Mobley; his brother James D. Parsons, Jr. (Patty); his brother-in-law Russell DiBenedetto (Barbara); and his niece Dana Gubitoso.
