He was predeceased by: his father Robert W. Murphy Sr.. He is survived by: his sons, Robert W Murphy III and Michael B. Murphy; his mother Rita Murphy Rodman (Kratzer); his brother Steven T. Murphy (Tasha) of Hardeeville; and his nieces, Chelsea Petrie, Britney Smith, Courtney Murphy and Nicole Murphy.
