He was predeceased by: his parents, P. Reece Horton and Janice Razook Horton; and his brother Timothy Horton. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Glisson Horton of Hardeeville; his daughter Sydney Racheal Horton of Hardeeville; and his siblings, Phillip G. Horton (Elaine) of Charlotte, NC, Joel F. Horton (Penny) of Bloomingdale, GA and Camille H. Fester of Hardeeville.
